Update: Regarding Questions around Federal Funding
The CSCI is confident that it will be able to award its next round of grants as planned.
The initiative has received a number of questions about the possible impact of a potential freeze on federal funding, as the initiative is funded through a grant from NOAA. At this time, the initiative has no plans to change any of its efforts, including its grants program, and is confident that it will be able to award its next round of grants as planned.
If any changes prove to be necessary, those will be shared over the initiative’s mailing list and also here on this website.
